GAR 105 CAR RENTAL offers a 24-hour vehicle pickup and return service. The following out-of-hours service fees apply:
🟧 From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €5.00
🟧 From 9:00 PM to 10:45 PM: €10.00
🟧 From 10:45 PM to 6:45 AM: €25.00
Please note that when returning the vehicle, the renter must comply with the previously scheduled return time.
🟧 A fee of €5.00 will be charged for each 15-minute period of delay beyond the agreed return time.

You may return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date, but you must inform us in advance.

Next, check whether the rented vehicle is equipped with a spare tire or a tire repair kit.
- If the vehicle has a spare tire and you (or someone with you) know how to replace it safely, you may proceed with the tire change.
- If the vehicle has a tire repair kit, you should first check whether the puncture can be repaired using the kit. After confirming this, you may follow the instructions provided with the kit and apply it accordingly.
🟧 All our vehicles include 24-hour roadside assistance. You may always request assistance if needed, although waiting times may vary depending on the location where the puncture occurs.

Full Coverage is an additional insurance that exempts the customer from financial responsibility for damage to or collision involving the rental vehicle, provided that the vehicle has been used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. 🙂

With Full Coverage, your excess is reduced to €0.00, and you will not have to pay additional costs in the event of covered damage. You will only need to provide your information for any eventual occurrence or incident.

The excess/franchise may still apply in the following situations:
- Acts of negligence or misuse of the vehicle NOT related to a road accident, such as burned or torn seats, broken glove compartments, damaged light switches, or similar interior damage;
- Accidents or other damage caused while driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances;
- Incorrect refueling of the vehicle;
- Mechanical damage caused by improper use of the vehicle, such as driving with a flat tire, red warning/information lights illuminated on the dashboard, or similar situations.
🟧 ATTENTION: Insurance coverage is only valid if the renter (driver) contacts Gar 105 and the Police (PSP) to report the incident and completes the Accident Statement Form (DAF), regardless of the extent of the damage.
🟧 All responsibility will be transferred to the customer if Gar 105 and the Police (PSP) are not informed of the accident as soon as reasonably possible under the circumstances.
🟧 If the accident is not officially reported, the renter (driver) will be held responsible for all damages not previously registered in the rental agreement and identified as “new damages” upon return of the vehicle.
🟧 Applicable excess/franchise amounts according to the rented vehicle group:
Groups A, B, C Diesel, D, and F: €1,200.00
Groups D1 and L1: €1,600.00
Please note that certain situations are not covered by any insurance policy, especially in cases of negligence, misuse of the vehicle, or violation of the rental agreement.
No insurance covers the following situations:
- Breakdown or immobilization due to lack of fuel;
- Engine damage caused by incorrect refueling (for example, filling a petrol vehicle with diesel fuel);
- Mechanical damage resulting from driving on unsuitable roads or surfaces (such as beaches, forests, dirt roads, rocky roads, etc.);
- In cases of negligence, misuse of the vehicle, or other situations described in the Rental Terms & Conditions.
- Interior vehicle damage NOT related to a road accident;
- Damage to or loss of vehicle keys and documents;
- Theft of personal belongings from inside the vehicle;
- Traffic fines, penalties, or any related expenses;
- Special cleaning services (for example, smoke odors inside the vehicle);
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances;
- Intentional damage caused by the renter (driver).
