The vehicle must be delivered with the same level of fuel present in the moment you receive the vehicle. If the vehicle is not returned as delivered, a restocking fee will apply.

If you need an invoice, you must send the data to the email: gar105.carrental@gmail.com in advance. The invoice will be send at the end of the contract by email.

The Full Coverage is an additional insurance that exempts the customer from any responsibility for the collision of the rental vehicle or damage to it, provided that the vehicle has been used in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.

No credit card is required.

You will not have to pay any extra expenses. Your deductible is reduced up to 0 euros. And you will only have to leave the information for eventual occurrences. (except acts of negligence and what is described in the following point )

You should take into account that there are several factors that are not covered by any insurance, such as act of negligence or misuse of the vehicle.

No insurance cover any of the following situations:

– Breakdown or stop due to lack of fuel.

– Engine damage due to refueling error (ex: refueling a gasoline vehicle with diesel).

– Cluches when misused (burned out).

– Malfunction of the car in case of driving on unsuitable roads (beaches, woods, dirt, rock roads etc,…).

– Vehicle interiors when not involved in a road accident.

– Damage to or loss of keys and documents.

– Theft of items from inside the vehicle.

– Fines or other resulting expenses.

– Special cleaning (ex: smoke inside the vehicle)

– Theft of objects from inside the vehicle.

– Driving under influence of alcohol or other ilegal substances or caused by the renter (driver) with the intention of damaging the vehicle.

ATTENTION! The insurance is only valid if the renter (driver) contacts the Police (PSP) to report the incident and completes the incident report (DAF), regardless of the damage. • All responsibility will pass to the client if they fail to inform Gar 105 and the police (PSP) about the accident as soon as reasonably possible under the circumstances. • If the accident is not reported, the renter (driver) will be responsible for all damages not recorded in the rental agreement and detected as “new damages” upon return of the vehicle.

-Filling the vehicle with the wrong fuel.

-Mechanical damage due to misuse: Ex.: burnt clutch, driving with a flat tire, etc.
